Complete, Fix & Professionally Finish Existing Website / App — Senior Developer Required-2

I am reposting this project because the so-called "recruiters" have "taken over" my first project. So if you are the recruiter: Thank you, but we are NOT interested in your service. All we want is for you to leave people alone

I am looking for a highly capable and accountable senior developer to take over an existing project, fix its problems, implement a new design that I will provide, and bring the entire project to professional, production-ready completion.

I am the business owner, not a programmer.

I will provide:
- The existing complete code/project
- The new design
- Access required for the work
- My requirements and explanations primarily through ((AUDIO RECORDINGS))
- Answers to your questions throughout the project

I am deliberately NOT going to manage your programming or tell you which functions, files, or lines of code to change.

You are the developer. You are responsible for determining the correct technical implementation.

You are welcome to use Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or any other AI development tools that help you work faster. I have no objection whatsoever to AI-assisted development.

However, YOU—not the AI—are 100% responsible for the work you deliver.

If Claude or ChatGPT produces incorrect code, that is not an explanation I will accept. You must understand, review, test, correct and take responsibility for any code you deploy.

Questions and inquiries from you, throughout the project duration, ARE REQUIRED

This is extremely important.

I expect you to have MANY MANY QUESTIONS throughout this project.

For example, while working on a student dashboard, you may need to ask:

Should this menu item remain?
Should this one be removed?
Should this label be renamed?
Where should this button lead?
Should this information appear for Canadian students, international students, or both?
What should happen in this particular situation?

the Golden Rule is: Do not guess. Ask me. ASK, ASK, and ASK

You can ask questions in writing through Freelancer.com or speak with me using Freelancer.com's calling feature. I will normally respond to detailed questions through audio recordings because that is the easiest and clearest way for me to explain what I want.

I would much rather answer 100 questions during the project than discover at the end that you made 100 assumptions.

I want to make this completely clear before you bid:

I always work through Freelancer.com's escrow/milestone system.
I will deposit the agreed project amount into escrow so that you know the funds are secured.

However:
I NEVER release payment before the entire agreed project is completed, tested, and accepted.

Please bid with that understanding from the beginning.

If you require partial milestone releases while the project is still incomplete, please do not bid.

I am looking for a developer who can take ownership of an existing large project.
Your responsibility is not merely to "write code." Your responsibility is to understand the existing system, understand my requirements, ask questions whenever something is unclear, implement the new design, fix existing problems, test your own work, and deliver a complete and reliable finished product.

If we work well together, I have multiple large projects and I am interested in establishing a long-term working relationship.

Important: you DO NOT have to take all three of them; I don't mind awarding them one website per freelancer; i.e. to three different freelancers

And even more important: I demand a completion date, NOT a number of days. Once you have promised a date, you MUST, absolutely must keep it. There will be no extensions

The websites are built in Laravel and vue.js, and the app in in Flutter

The budget is CAD$1,000 per website
