WhatsApp Bulk Messaging API Setup

I need help getting full, reliable access to the WhatsApp Business API so I can send large-volume promotional messages to my current customer list. The goal is straightforward: promote my physical products to existing buyers with well-timed, compliant broadcasts that keep delivery costs low and engagement high.

Here is what I am looking for:
• End-to-end assistance obtaining and activating an official WhatsApp API number (or a vetted third-party provider) that can handle high daily throughput.
• Guidance on message template approval, opt-in requirements, and any Indian regulations that apply so every blast stays within Meta policy.
• A simple dashboard, script, or Postman collection I can reuse to upload CSV contact lists, personalise messages, and track delivery and read receipts.
• Clear hand-off documentation so my team can continue scheduling campaigns without outside help.

I prefer working with someone familiar with Indian telecom rules and high-volume sender reputation, but I’m open to the best solution that lets me launch quickly and scale smoothly.
