WhatsApp Bot for Online Store

I want to set up an automated WhatsApp assistant for my online shop. The primary goal is simple: when a customer writes in, the bot should instantly answer questions about our products, including clear details and specifications pulled from a list or database that I will supply.

Key points:
• The bot’s only required function right now is handling customer inquiries; no payment processing, order tracking, or return handling is needed at this stage.
• For every product, it must return structured information—name, key specs, and any variant options—so shoppers can make quick decisions without waiting for a human reply.
• I’m open to whatever stack you prefer (WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, Gupshup, or a comparable solution) as long as it runs reliably and lets me update the product data easily.

Deliverables I expect:
1. A working WhatsApp bot connected to my business number.
2. A simple admin method—web panel, Google Sheet sync, or JSON upload—to edit the product catalog.
3. Basic documentation covering setup, how to add or change products, and how to redeploy if needed.
