WhatsApp AI Posting Automation

I run a mobile-accessories distribution business and need to stop hand-crafting every dealer announcement. Two separate supplier WhatsApp Business numbers feed me raw product photos and text; I then polish the copy and forward it to my dealer-only WhatsApp Announcement channel. I want an end-to-end automation, powered by Claude AI, that mirrors my current flow without ever altering the supplier’s price, specifications, or condition.

Here is the journey I need built:

• Listen to both supplier WhatsApp numbers, capture every incoming message (image + caption).
• Pass the content to Claude AI with a prompt that organises details, fixes grammar and formatting, and rewrites the caption into a clean, formal, B2B sales paragraph.
• Preserve price, specifications, and condition verbatim inside the final text.
• Return the polished draft to me in a private chat for quick approval.
• On my “OK”, automatically publish the approved post through my existing dealer WhatsApp Announcement system.

Key points and acceptance criteria
1. Claude AI must be the LLM used for text processing.
2. Any intermediary code can run on Node, Python, or a solution you recommend, but it must connect reliably to the WhatsApp Business API (or Twilio/360dialog, etc.).
3. Final messages must keep supplier wording for price/spec/condition untouched while the surrounding copy is formal and professional.
4. Images arrive exactly as received; no compression or renaming that breaks WhatsApp preview.
5. I can override or edit any draft before it goes out.
6. Full deployment, test cases, and basic documentation are part of the hand-over.
