Social Media App Registration Testers Required

## Global User Registration & SMS Verification Testing – 50 Testers Needed

We are testing the new-user registration process for a social media application and are looking for approximately **50 testers across 6 major countries/markets**.

### Project Objective

The purpose of this test is to verify whether users in different countries can successfully complete the registration process and receive an **SMS verification code (OTP) from their local mobile carrier**.

We want to identify any issues related to country, mobile carrier, phone number format, SMS delivery, or the overall registration experience.

### What Each Tester Needs to Do

Each tester will:

1. Access our social media app/website using a mobile device.
2. Start the new-user registration process.
3. Enter a valid local mobile phone number that they control.
4. Request the SMS verification code.
5. Confirm whether the verification code is successfully received.
6. Enter the verification code and attempt to complete registration.
7. Take screenshots documenting each major step of the process.
8. Report any errors, delays, failed SMS delivery, or other issues encountered.

### Required Evidence

Please provide screenshots showing:

- Registration/start page
- Country/region and phone-number entry
- Verification-code request
- SMS/verification code received (sensitive information may be redacted)
- Verification result
- Successful registration confirmation OR any error/failure message

### Tester Information Required

Please also report:

- Country
- Mobile carrier/telecom provider
- Device type/model
- Operating system (iOS/Android)
- Whether the SMS code was received: Yes/No
- Approximate time taken to receive the code
- Whether registration was completed successfully: Yes/No
- Any errors or unusual behavior
- RECORDING OF THE WHOLE PROCESS REQUIRED
### Tester Requirements

- Must currently live in one of the countries included in our testing.
- Must have access to a legitimate local mobile number.
- Must be able to receive SMS messages.
- Must be willing to provide screenshots of the testing process.
- No technical experience is required, but QA/app-testing experience is a plus.
