Freelancer Required — WhatsApp AI + n8n + Supabase Automation

We are launching a premium Ayurvedic wellness D2C brand in India and are looking for an experienced WhatsApp Automation / n8n Developer to build our post-purchase customer journey system.

Project Objective

We want to build a 90-Day Wellness Journey for customers after they purchase our product.

Customer will receive a small QR card inside the first package.

QR Scan → WhatsApp → AI Onboarding → Customer Profile → 90-Day Automated Journey → Check-ins → Refill → Long-term Relationship

Future phase:

Customer Flow

Day 1

QR → WhatsApp

Customer receives:

* Welcome message
* 90-Day Wellness Journey introduction
* Name
* Age
* Gender
* Weight
* Food preference
* Product identification

Then product-specific onboarding:

BP / Dia Free / Women Care / Liver Care etc.

Customer chooses:

Ji Bilkul / Nahi

Then product-specific educational video is sent.

Automated Journey

The system should automatically calculate the journey from the customer’s start date.

Example:

Day 0/1
→ Onboarding

Day 7
→ Automated WhatsApp check-in/video

Day 10–12
→ Refill reminder

Day 30
→ Milestone + educational content

Day 60
→ Progress/check-in

Day 90
→ Journey completion

Then continue into long-term customer/refill journey.

Shopify Integration

When customer purchases a refill from Shopify:

* Identify existing customer
* Update order/refill status
* Update journey
* Calculate next refill date
* Stop unnecessary refill reminders
* Continue customer journey

Supabase

Customer database should store:

* Customer profile
* Product
* Journey status
* Journey start date
* Current journey day
* Check-ins
* Refill status
* Expert review status
* Automation events

Expert Escalation

If required, AI should create an expert review task.

We don’t want AI to act as a doctor or make medical decisions.

The system should support:

AI → identify concern → Expert Review

We need someone who understands:

The system should be scalable and properly structured so that another developer can maintain it later.
