Personalized MacroDroid Texting App Creation

Need Android Macro built with MacroDroid. I sent AI detailed specs. It gave me instructions. I tried, but failed, to create the app and therefore decided to hire a pro.

The macro is for personal use. I do not intend to use it to create an Android app for the Play store.

The specs I gave the AI, and the AI's response, are:

I want to use MacroDroid to build a macro to use on my Android phone. The macro will draw cellphone numbers from a spreadsheet in csv format. All numbers will be US numbers. You must tell me whether to include +1 as part of the cellphone number. Since the file will have only one column you must tell me whether to name the column. You must tell me where to store the file on the phone. The name of the file will be contacts.csv

The macro will have a UI for data input. The first input will be the line number of the csv file for a group of numbers to which a text will be sent. A second data input will be the ending line number of the group of numbers to which a text will be sent. A third data input will be the text to be sent. A final input would be a start button which, upon being pressed, will activate the macro as described further below. Finally, upon completion of the sending of the final text in the group of numbers, a field will display the line number from the csv file of the number to which the final text was sent.

Note: All times are in Daylight Savings Time for Indianapolis, Indiana, USA.

Operation: The macro will divide the number of phone numbers sequentially into five tranches (rounded as necessary for 100% of numbers), as follows:

Tranche 1: Approximately 15% of numbers
Tranche 2: Approximately 10% of numbers
Tranche 3: Approximately 40% of numbers
Tranche 4: Approximately 10% of numbers
Tranche 5 Approximately 25% of numbers

Upon the pressing of the start button, the macro will send the text to the phone number selected in the first UI input, which is also the first number of Tranche 1. Then, the sequence of operation will be:

Balance of Tranche 1: To be sent at random intervals between Start and one hour following Start.

Tranche 2: To be sent at random intervals between one hour after Start until four hours following Start.

Tranche 3: To be sent at random intervals between four hours after Start until 5.5 hours following Start.

Tranche 4: To be sent at random intervals between 5.5 hours after Start until eight hours following Start.

Tranche 5: To be sent at random intervals between eight hours after Start until 9.5 hours following Start.

I have downloaded MacroDroid but have no experience using it. I am assuming you can just send me the macro and I can run it, much like an Apple macro. If not, I will need installation instructions.
