West Bengal Android Matrimony App

I’m planning to launch a straightforward matrimony application aimed at users in West Bengal and I need someone local who understands our audience’s nuances. The project is strictly Android-centric, so please be comfortable working with Android Studio and either Kotlin or Java.

Core build requirements
• User Profile Creation – photo upload, basic biodata, and preference fields
• Match Suggestions – a simple algorithm that pulls potential matches based on age, location, and stated preferences
• Messaging System – real-time chat between matched users, with basic read/unread indicators

I also want a companion web-based admin panel where I can approve profiles, review reports, and manage basic site settings. A Firebase or similar backend is fine as long as it scales and keeps costs predictable.

Deliverables
1. Full Android APK + source code
2. Admin panel (with login) deployed on my hosting
3. Basic documentation: setup, tech stack, and how to maintain/extend the code
