I’m building a cross-platform “Virtual Walkathon & Marathon” ecosystem that makes multi-city fitness challenges effortless for both participants and organizers. The core goal is truly seamless event management, so every piece—from registration to reward fulfilment—must run like clockwork.

Mobile experience
• Flutter app for Android and iOS that lets users join 30- to 45-day challenges across 5 km, 10 km, 25 km and 50 km categories.
• Registration offered as either free entry or Razorpay checkout; the flow should switch automatically based on the event’s pricing flag.
• Distance tracking is battery-friendly and read-only, pulled from Google Health Connect (Android) and Apple HealthKit (iOS). Offline progress queues locally and syncs when a connection returns.
• Built-in anti-cheat: server-side validation of daily aggregate data, basic anomaly detection and device integrity checks.
• On hitting milestones, the app must grant sponsor vouchers from a secure reward pool and update the finisher status in Firebase.

Admin dashboard
A web dashboard (React or Angular preferred, but open) protected by MFA where organizers can:
1. Configure events—dates, cities, distance categories, fee rules, sponsor pools.
2. Manage voucher inventory—bulk upload codes, set allocation limits, see remaining counts in real time.
The dashboard should also expose audit logs and allow CSV export of T-shirt and medal fulfilment lists, but my top priorities right now are the two capabilities above.

Backend
Firebase Auth, Firestore, and Cloud Functions sit at the heart of the stack. Use structured security rules, cloud-scheduled tasks for daily roll-ups, and Stripe-like webhook handling for Razorpay payment verification.

Deliverables
• Production-ready Flutter source with clear folder structure, null-safety, and integration tests.
• Responsive admin dashboard with the two capabilities listed.
• Cloud Functions, Firestore indexes, security rules, and deployment scripts.
• Brief setup guide and API/environment variable documentation so my team can maintain the system.

Acceptance criteria
• A test event can be created in the dashboard, published, discovered in the app, and joined successfully with both free and Razorpay flows.
• Logged kilometres appear within five minutes, survive offline mode, and pass anti-cheat checks.
• Voucher distribution triggers exactly once per milestone and deducts inventory accurately.
• Admin edits to an active event propagate to all participants within one hour without forcing an app update.

If you’ve shipped Flutter + Firebase apps that interface with Health Connect or HealthKit and have streamlined Razorpay onboarding before, I’d love to see your work. Let’s create a smooth, motivating virtual race experience together.
