Weekly Residential Lease Reposting

I need someone who already has active, trusted accounts on Zumper, Padmapper, Rentals.ca and Facebook Marketplace to keep my residential lease ads fresh and visible.

Each week you will take the listing details I send—photos, copy and pricing—and re-post them under your own profiles so they appear as brand-new adverts. To be clear, I won't send all of the photos, copy, etc. I'll show you where and how to download them, and you do it.

Accuracy is key: correct location tags, full descriptions, and all photos must go up every time. Once a post is live, send me the direct link (or a quick screenshot) so I can track performance on my end.

When prospective renters message you, simply reply with the brief template I provide that points them straight to me; no additional questions should be answered. Either that, or they can fill out a form, which then leads them to me.

That’s the whole workflow: receive the materials, repost weekly, forward any inbound interest, and confirm the links. If you’re organised, punctual and already active on these platforms, we should be a perfect fit.
