I need a skilled photo editor to enhance our wedding photos taken throughout the whole day.
I currently have around 10,000 RAW files and am creating a final selection, likely around 1,000–2,000 images. Our photographer also provided around 700 edited JPEGs (we're partly happy with) which can be used as a reference for the existing style.
Key Requirements:
- Edit RAW photos for a classic, natural and timeless look
- Ensure a consistent style across the entire gallery
- Correct exposure, white balance, colors, shadows and skin tones
- Fix overly yellow, green, pale or washed-out images
- Subtle, natural retouching where needed (esp. close-ups)
- Preserve intentionally blurred / retro-style couple photos
- Avoid aggressive cropping, as the images will later be used for a wedding album; but also do crop, where necessary and where close-ups do look great
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Lightroom and Photoshop
- Strong eye for detail, color and skin tones
- Experience with wedding photography editing
- Ability to maintain consistency across large galleries
I would prefer to start with a 20–30 image test batch before committing to the full project.
Please provide samples of previous wedding editing work and your pricing.
