Wedding Declaration Rewording

I need a customized version of the Declaration of Independence, reworded for a wedding ceremony in Philadelphia.

Requirements:
- Tone: Formal and traditional
- Historical elements: Incorporate references to original themes and language
- Emphasis: Preamble starting with "When in the Course of human events..."

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong writing and rewording capabilities
- Familiarity with historical documents
- Ability to maintain a formal and traditional tone
- Calligraphy skills to replicate the writing style is a must!

The wedding is at the Franklin Institute in Philly. This "Declaration of Union" will take the place of the guest book and be signed at the bottom (a la the Declaration of Independence).

I can help with the verbiage. But it would be cool to have someone with skill to replicate the look of the original.
