Vlog Swap & Subtitles Edit

I have a personal vlog ready to go and a folder of head-shot images—each one tied to a specific friend. Your task is to track every on-screen person and overlay the matching photo so it appears we’re starring in the footage ourselves. The background, movement, and audio all stay intact; only the faces change, so smooth motion tracking and natural feathering are essential.

When the overlays are locked, add clear, bottom-aligned Spanish subtitles. I’ll supply the English transcript; you can either translate or drop in my Spanish text, then sync it to the dialogue.

Deliverables
• 1080p .mp4 with all overlays and burned-in Spanish subtitles
• Separate Spanish .srt file
• Editable project file (Premiere Pro or After Effects)

Acceptance criteria
• Correct image follows each assigned person without jitter or obstruction
• Original audio and lip-sync remain untouched
• Subtitles fully legible within safe areas, free of spelling errors

First draft desired within three days of receiving the assets, with up to two quick revision passes.
