Website/App Development From Scratch

I’m starting with a clean sheet and need the entire build of a new website or app handled for me—from first sketch to live launch. At this stage the exact format is still flexible; what matters most is ending up with a modern, responsive product that runs smoothly on desktop and mobile, is easy for me to update, and can grow with future features.

Here’s what I have in mind so far:

• Discovery & planning: convert my rough ideas and goals into wireframes or mock-ups, choose the tech stack together (I’m open to popular options such as React, Vue, Next.js, Laravel, Django, or similar).
• Design & UX: craft a clean, professional interface that reflects a trustworthy brand and provides a friction-free user experience.
• Development: build front-end and back-end, integrate any required APIs, set up a simple CMS or admin panel for non-technical updates, and ensure strong security practices.
• Testing & launch: perform cross-browser and device testing, handle deployment to my hosting or preferred cloud platform, and document the setup so I can maintain it afterwards.

Acceptance criteria
– Pages load in under 3 seconds on average broadband.
– Fully responsive layout down to 320 px width.
– Code passes basic accessibility checks (WCAG AA).
– A short hand-over guide explains how to edit content, run updates, and back up the site/app.
