Website UX/UI Designer – Training & Consulting Website Redesign

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Website Designer to redesign and rebrand the visual experience of our existing website: tqconsulting.co

TQ Consulting is a training and consulting company offering professional training programs, certifications, books, assessment tools, digital products, coaching, and consulting services.

This is a design-only project. Our developer will implement the final design on Odoo. Figma is strongly preferred, and the complete editable Figma source files must be delivered.

What We Need

We want to move away from the typical, outdated "training company website" look.

The new website should be:

Elegant and premium
Modern and sleek
Distinctive and non-traditional
Clean and sophisticated
Highly professional
Easy to navigate
Conversion-focused

The existing logo and core brand identity will remain, but the website's UX, structure, visual language, and UI should be significantly improved.

The designer should first review our existing website and recommend an improved sitemap/page structure and user experience, rather than simply redesigning the current pages.

The website will include training, certifications, services, products, and an e-commerce/store experience.

Responsive Design

Designs must be properly optimized for:

Desktop
Tablet
Mobile

We expect thoughtful responsive layouts—not simply scaling down the desktop version.

Mandatory Experience

Please do NOT apply unless you meet these requirements:

Strong professional UX/UI and website design experience
Substantial experience designing websites for training providers, education companies, certification providers, e-learning, L&D, or similar businesses
Proven e-commerce/online purchasing experience
Advanced Figma skills
Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, premium, non-template website design
Portfolio Requirement – VERY IMPORTANT

Please provide at least 5 relevant website projects, with minimum 3 specifically related to training, education, certification, e-learning, or L&D.

For each relevant project, provide the website link and briefly explain your personal role.

Live websites are strongly preferred over only Behance/Dribbble mockups.

Generic corporate website experience alone will not be sufficient.
