Website Chatbot & Social Integration

My website is already live; what remains is to wire up an AI-powered chatbot and link the site to our social media toolkit. The core of the job is configuration, not ground-up development.

Scope of work
• Embed and configure the chosen AI chatbot so it appears on every page, loads quickly, and respects the site’s existing styling.
• Hook the site into our active social channels and scheduling tools, ensuring posts, shares, and analytics flow smoothly in both directions.
• Verify everything works on desktop, tablets, and mobile phones, paying special attention to page-speed impact, UX, and security.
• Run end-to-end testing, iron out any bugs you uncover, and hand over clear documentation of the final setup.

Acceptance criteria
• Chatbot responds accurately, logs conversations, and can be toggled on/off from the admin panel.
• Social media integrations publish and pull data without errors.
• No console errors, responsive layout intact, and all tests pass across the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
• Delivery includes a short how-to guide so my in-house team can maintain or extend the integrations.
