I’m preparing a brand-new home and need a licensed electrician to design and install the entire residential electrical system from the service entrance through to the final fixtures. Because this is a fresh installation, there’s no legacy wiring to work around—you’ll be starting with a clean slate and full access while walls are still open.

Scope of work
• Plan and lay all branch circuits, outlets, switches, and lighting points in compliance with local code.
• Supply and mount the main panel, breakers, and grounding.
• Test, label, and certify the installation for inspection.

If you also handle extras such as home-automation pre-wiring or backup-generator provision, feel free to note that in your bid; I may expand the brief once the core install is confirmed.

What I’m looking for
• Proof of residential electrical licensing and insurance.
• Accurate material list and timeline before work begins.
• Clear photo or video updates as each stage is completed.

Please share a concise outline of your approach and a rough schedule so we can lock in dates and move ahead.
