Website & App AI Chatbot -- 2

I need a production-ready conversational agent that focuses purely on information retrieval. The bot must sit seamlessly inside both my website and our upcoming iOS/Android app, answering visitor queries about product details, user-specific account information, and our standard FAQs in real time.

Here is what I’m after:

• End-to-end development of the chatbot’s NLP pipeline (intent detection, entity extraction, context handling) using a modern framework such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or a custom GPT-based stack—whichever you feel delivers the fastest, most accurate responses.
• Secure integration with our product catalogue and user database so the bot can surface personalised account data without exposing sensitive credentials.
• Front-end widgets/SDKs that drop straight into our React website and native mobile builds, preserving our current UI theme.
• A lightweight admin console where I can update FAQs, view analytics, and retrain intents without touching code.

Acceptance criteria
– The bot answers at least 90 % of test questions on product, account, and FAQ sets correctly.
– Average response time under two seconds on both platforms.
– Full source code, documentation, and hand-off call included.
