I have an existing Excel-based form that needs to run itself instead of relying on manual copy-and-paste. The form captures three kinds of input—free-text notes, numeric values (including dates or currency), and predefined multiple-choice selections—and all of them must be validated the moment a user types or picks an option.

Once a user presses “Submit”, I want the sheet to carry out three things automatically:

1. Check every field against built-in validation rules (no missing mandatory items, correct number formats, valid choices).
2. Auto-populate any look-ups or calculated fields so the person filling the form never sees #N/A or has to open another tab.
3. Push a clean, single-row record straight into an external database table (SQL Server is preferred, but I’m open to other engines you suggest if they integrate as smoothly).

Please build whatever VBA, Power Query, Office Scripts, or add-ins are necessary so the flow is seamless: enter data → click submit → record lands in the database with zero pop-ups or security warnings.

Deliverables
• The updated Excel file with all code unlocked and documented.
• A connection script or DSN instructions for the database hand-off.
• A short read-me that shows how to add new validation rules or table columns in the future.

I’ll test by entering sample rows; success means every field is validated correctly and the information appears instantly in the target table.
