Webinar Registrant CSV Upload

I’m sitting on a CSV file of webinar sign-ups that lists each registrant’s name, email, and phone number. Before I import it into my webinar platform I want the data fully validated and, if necessary, corrected. That means standardising phone-number formatting, checking email syntax, removing or flagging duplicates, and generally making sure every row will pass the platform’s import rules without throwing errors.

Once you’re satisfied the file is clean you can either complete the upload inside the platform for me or return a ready-to-import CSV with a quick note confirming that a test import worked on your side.

Deliverables
• Cleaned, validated CSV
• Brief report of issues found and fixes applied
• Proof that the file imports successfully (screenshot or step-by-step guide)

Acceptance criteria: zero duplicate emails, every row contains a name and valid email, phone numbers follow a consistent format, and the final import completes without errors.
