Web Society Maintenance Portal Development

I want to bring all day-to-day society operations into one intuitive web application. The portal should sit on a PHP or JSP backend connected to a MySQL database, and it must be fully responsive so residents can use it comfortably from any modern browser.

Core modules I need up and running are:
• House registrations (add, edit, transfer units)
• Society team directory with role management
Employee record
• Deposit tracking with automated balance updates
• Expense entry, categorisation and reporting
• Admin dashboard for full configuration and analytics
• Resident-facing user dashboard with payment history and notices

Each section has to support basic CRUD, search, export to CSV/PDF, and role-based access. Clean UI, secure authentication, and clear code documentation are a must. I’m fine if you introduce a front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue for the interface, as long as the server side remains in PHP or JSP and data lives in MySQL.
