Web Payroll & Attendance Solution

I need a complete, production-ready web-based system that handles every stage of payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management while staying fully compliant with Indian EPF, ESIC and LWF labour-law provisions.

Core requirements
• Payroll processing must automatically calculate earnings, statutory deductions and final payslips, then generate the bank transfer file and all statutory reports.
• Real-time attendance tracking should pull data from biometric or RFID devices (API or CSV import is fine) and feed those hours directly into the payroll run.
• A self-service leave module is required so employees can apply, managers can approve, and balances update instantly.
• The whole suite has to integrate smoothly with my existing HR software through its REST API; you will map employee master data, grade structures and leave types both ways to avoid duplicate entry.

Tech & interface
The entire solution must run in the browser—responsive screens for HR admins, managers and employees. I have no preference over tech stack as long as it is secure, performs well on modest shared hosting, and the source code is delivered.

Deliverables
1. Source code and database schema for the web application.
2. API connectors that sync with the current HR platform.
3. Deployment guide plus a short user manual.
4. One round of post-deployment support (bug fixes, fine-tuning).

Acceptance
I will sign off once payslips reconcile with a three-month historical sample, attendance hours import flawlessly, statutory files (EPF ECR, ESIC, LWF) validate on government portals, and the HR-system sync completes without conflicts.
