Extract Contacts to Spreadsheet

I have a collection of mixed file types—some existing spreadsheets, several PDF scans, and a handful of Word forms—that all contain names, contact details, and physical addresses. I need every one of those details transcribed accurately into a brand-new Excel workbook that I’ll use for upcoming data analysis.

The job is straightforward but demands precision: verify each spelling, capture complete addresses, and maintain consistent column order across all entries so I can run filters and pivots immediately after delivery. If a source field is illegible or missing, flag it in a comments column rather than guessing.
