I'm looking for a skilled web designer and developer to build a professional, modern 5-page website from scratch. This is not a template drag-and-drop job, no vibe coder please, I want original design work with custom visuals and smooth animations.

What I need from you:
Original graphics only. All visual assets must be custom-created and owned by me on delivery. No stock PNGs pulled from Google or unlicensed images. I want full commercial rights to everything used.
High-quality visuals: clean, modern, and consistent across all pages.
Animations: tasteful, smooth motion/interactions (hover effects, scroll animations, transitions) that enhance the experience without slowing the site down.
SEO-optimized content: properly structured, keyword-aware copy for each page, plus correct meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and alt text.
Responsive design: must look and work perfectly on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Fast loading and clean, well-organized code.

Links to 2–3 relevant websites you've built (especially ones with custom graphics and animations).
Your proposed tech/platform (custom HTML/CSS/JS, Webflow, etc.) and why.
