I need a compact, production-ready PCB that brings together an ARM Cortex MCU with a temperature sensor, 3-axis accelerometer, optical heart-rate monitor, microphone, speaker and on-board flash. The board must seamlessly switch between battery operation and USB power, with integrated charging and safe power-path management so firmware updates and debugging over USB remain possible even while the battery tops up.
Please handle the complete hardware flow:
• Schematic capture
• PCB layout with good analog isolation for the heart-rate front end
• Clean breakout for the mic and speaker audio paths
• EMI-conscious routing for the high-speed flash bus
• Gerber files, drill data, pick-and-place and a curated BOM from mainstream suppliers
I will review the design in KiCad or Altium, so provide source files in one of those environments plus PDFs for quick reference. All footprints should follow manufacturer-recommended land patterns, and key nets (power rails, debug lines, sensor interfaces) need clearly labeled test points.
The job is complete when the design passes a final ERC/DRC check and I can send the Gerbers straight to fabrication without modification.
