Commercial Site Engineer Needed

Daily supervision is required on an active commercial building site in Yelahanka, Bangalore. I need a diploma-qualified civil engineer who can be on site every working day, circulate between work fronts on your own vehicle, and prepare all reports on your own laptop.

Core scope
• Oversee day-to-day site activities, checking that work is executed exactly to approved drawings and schedules.
• Coordinate trades, vendors, and material deliveries to keep the programme on track and avoid clashes.
• Record progress with date-stamped photographs, measurements, and concise progress notes entered into Excel or similar each evening.
• Flag technical issues early, liaise with my design team for clarifications, and ensure corrective actions are closed out.
• Enforce basic safety and housekeeping standards expected on a commercial site in Bengaluru.

Required profile
– Diploma in Civil Engineering (minimum).
– Prior hands-on project coordination experience on commercial buildings; interiors and structural elements are already in progress, so familiarity with both is useful.
– Confident with MS Office, email, and PDF mark-ups on your own laptop.
– Two-wheeler or car for independent mobility within Yelahanka and surrounding industrial suppliers.

Deliverables I will review weekly
1. Daily supervision log (Excel/PDF).
2. Updated look-ahead schedule noting manpower, materials, and dependencies.
3. Photo set of key activities and any non-conformities flagged.

The engagement starts immediately and runs until hand-over; strong performance may lead to extension on future builds.
