I need a Washington-licensed civil engineer to design a ~170' l.f., two-tier, 4' height (each tier) retaining wall for a permit package. The wall’s job is structural support along a sloped yard, and I want it built using Redi-Rock. Because groundwater moves through the area, especially from November to March, the design must include a connection to the integrated underdrain stormwater system —think perforated pipe, weep holes, and properly detailed filter fabric—to keep hydrostatic pressure down.

You’ll review my site measurements and photos, verify loading assumptions, and produce sealed calculations and drawings that meet the current Washington State and local county codes. Since the retaining wall be over 8' in height, permitting will require at least a cursory global stability analysis. I have soil maps, reports, and a geotechnical survey to speed things up.

Deliverables
• Stamped structural calculations, including perfunctory global stability analysis (PDF)
• Plan, section, and elevation sheets sized for county submittal (PDF + DWG + SVG)
• Construction notes that spell out brick specification, reinforcement schedule, footing dimensions, geogrid lengths, and the complete drainage layout
• Your professional seal and signature for Washington State

Acceptance criteria
The building department must accept the plans without requesting major structural revisions. Files should open cleanly in AutoCAD, Adove Illustrator, and .pdf and plot to scale at 24"×36".
