Looking for Google & Meta Ads Manager

I’m looking for an experienced Google Ads + Meta Ads Manager to handle paid advertising for an earning/reward-based mobile app targeting users in India.

What you’ll handle:

* Google Ads campaigns & optimization
* Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
* Campaign setup, targeting & audience research
* Creative testing and A/B testing
* CPI/CPA optimization
* Daily monitoring and scaling
* Conversion tracking & analytics
* Finding ways to improve ROI while scaling spend

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing performance campaigns
* Experience with mobile apps / app-install campaigns preferred
* Strong understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads
* Able to analyze campaign data and make decisions based on performance
* Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining a good CPI/CPA

Payment: Negotiable — can be fixed monthly, performance-based, or a combination depending on experience.
