I already own the complete VoxaParty Flutter source and the new logo; what I now need is a clean reskin that turns the project into “Dora Party”. The focus is on injecting a few fresh features while keeping the work light-weight enough to fit within a ₹3,500 budget cap.

Scope of work
• Rename every bundle identifier, package and in-app reference so the build ships as “Dora Party”.
• Replace the existing app icon and splash with the logo I will send over (PNG).
• Add a subtle yet eye-catching golden, shining, animated border around each room card—the effect should be GPU-friendly and loop smoothly.
• Remove the current Agora dependency and wire voice chat through LiveKit / WebRTC (open-source) so there are no ongoing licence costs.
• Spin up Firebase on the free tier for authentication, Firestore and push notifications; send me the JSON so I can link my own account later.
• Configure the existing Hostinger panel so I can administer users and rooms under the new branding.
• Produce a release-ready AAB that installs cleanly on at least one physical Android test device (Android 8.0+).

Acceptance
I will consider the job done once:
1. The AAB installs as “Dora Party”, shows the new logo, and room cards display the animated border.
2. Voice chat connects two test devices via LiveKit without paid keys.
3. All Firebase services initialise without errors on first launch.
4. Hostinger panel logs in and reflects the new app identity.
5. Source code (Git or ZIP) is handed over alongside the signed AAB.

I’m without a laptop right now, so the entire build and signing process must happen on your machine. Let me know your turnaround time and any questions you have before we start.
