Android Partner & Admin Apps

I sell a range of services and products and now want a straightforward way to enlist referral partners. I need two linked Android apps—one for the partner and one for me as the admin.

Partner app
• Login must be by mobile number (OTP flow is fine).
• After logging in, the partner sees a single form to capture the referral’s name, address, phone, and email.
• The same screen should let the partner attach supporting documents (images or PDFs).
• A small dashboard listing every referral the partner has submitted would be helpful so they can check status.

Admin app
• I should be able to view each partner’s submissions, open the attached files, and mark a referral as approved, rejected, or pending.
• Basic search / filter by partner and date will keep things usable.
• Push or in-app notifications to the partner when I change a referral’s status would round things off but can be a second-phase feature if time is tight.

Deliverables
1. Two installable APKs (Partner & Admin) ready for testing on modern Android devices.
2. Full source code with straightforward build instructions.
3. A brief hand-off note explaining where to configure server endpoints or Firebase settings.

Keep the UI clean and lightweight—no fancy graphics required—so we can get this into the field quickly and iterate later.
