We are launching , a new voice-based social and dating platform, and are looking for female freelancers to work as **Voice Chat Community Engagement Executives**.

### Role

Your primary responsibility will be to stay active on the IncomingCall platform and engage users through friendly, interesting and respectful **voice-message conversations**.

This is a chat engagement role — **no video calls or in-person meetings are required.**

### Responsibilities

* Be active on the platform during assigned working hours
* Send and reply to voice messages
* Start friendly conversations with users
* Keep conversations interesting and engaging
* Encourage users to continue participating on the platform
* Maintain a friendly and respectful communication style
* Follow platform safety and community guidelines
* Report inappropriate users or content when necessary

### Requirements

* Female candidates, 18+ only
* Good communication skills
* Comfortable communicating through voice messages
* Friendly and engaging personality
* Smartphone with a reliable internet connection
* Ability to work independently from home
* hindi speakers preferred; English, Tamil or other Indian languages is an advantage

### Work Type

**Freelance / Part-Time / Work From Home**

Flexible shifts may be available, including evening/night slots.
