Visual PSI for German Packaging

I need a qualified inspector to carry out a visual pre-shipment inspection at my supplier’s site in Germany. The sole focus is on labeling and packaging: confirming that every carton, inner pack, and individual unit carries the correct artwork, legal markings, barcodes, and handling symbols, and that all packaging is intact, clean, and compliant with the specification I will provide.

On the visit you will:

• Walk the production floor and finished-goods warehouse to verify packaging materials in use match the approved samples.
• Check random cartons against the packing list, photograph each label panel, and note any deviations or print defects.
• Confirm that sealing, strapping, and palletizing follow the instructions I’ll share.
• Prepare a short, photo-rich PSI report the same day, highlighting pass/fail results and any corrective actions needed.

Please bring a high-resolution camera (smartphone is fine if it shoots clear macro shots) and be comfortable communicating findings in English. The inspection must take place between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. local time on the agreed date; the visit should last no more than two hours once you are on site.
