Regional Delivery & Relocation Assistants

I’m setting up a new international support startup and need reliable residents on the ground in Western Europe, Eastern Europe, and North America and South America. Your core task will be local delivery coordination—receiving items, arranging last-mile hand-offs, and keeping real-time status updates flowing back to our central team. Because you already live where our customers are, you can move faster and avoid the customs delays a remote team would face.

Alongside delivery, many of our clients arrive from abroad and count on us for relocation support. When assignments come in, you would step in to:

• Find suitable short- and long-term accommodation
• Guide newcomers through registration, visas, and other paperwork
• Offer practical settling-in help such as opening bank accounts, setting up utilities, and orienting them to the neighborhood

If you already have experience with shipping or courier networks, property search platforms, or local municipal offices, mention it—it will help us match you to higher-value requests. Strong communication skills in English plus your native language are essential, and responsiveness during agreed working hours is non-negotiable.

All work is task-based and paid per completed assignment with clear acceptance criteria and sign-off from our operations lead.
