Your Responsibilities
As a Virtual Client Relations Consultant, you will:

Welcome and onboard new members through the enrollment process

Conduct virtual consultations using Zoom and phone appointments

Provide personalized recommendations based on each client's needs and goals

Explain available supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally

Respond promptly to client inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service

Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up

Maintain organized appointment schedules and accurate digital records

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state regulations

Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
