What You'll Do
As a Remote Benefits Representative, you'll:
Connect with members who have requested information about available benefits
Conduct professional virtual consultations by phone and Zoom
Educate clients on supplemental insurance and benefit options
Recommend personalized solutions based on each family's needs
Guide members through the enrollment process
Provide ongoing client support, including policy reviews and claims assistance
Maintain accurate digital records and follow all compliance guidelines
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates typically demonstrate:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Self-motivation and personal accountability
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfort using computers and virtual communication tools
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Desire to help others while building a rewarding career
Previous experience in customer service, sales, healthcare, education, recruiting, or financial services is helpful—but not required.
We value coachability, integrity, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
Minimum Requirements
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Windows-based computer with webcam
Professional home office environment
