Virtual Assistant: TikTok & Instagram Book Marketing

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Social Media Marketer to manage an influencer outreach campaign for a newly published Sci-Fi / Techno-Thriller novel in Italian (L'Algoritmo della Carne by Carlo Olmi).

The main objective is to identify, pitch, and secure book reviews from micro-influencers (1,000 to 10,000 followers) on TikTok (BookTok), Instagram (Bookstagram), and YouTube (BookTube).

Key Responsibilities:
Research & Targeting: Identify 50+ Italian micro-influencers in the Sci-Fi, Cyberpunk, Dystopian, Thriller, and AI/Tech literature niches.

Personalized Outreach: Contact each influencer via DM or Email using custom pitches (provided/adapted for each profile).

ARC Distribution: Send free digital copies (ePub/Kindle) to interested readers.

Tracking & Reporting: Maintain a Google Sheet with profile links, follower counts, contact dates, responses, and review status.

Follow-Up: Politely follow up with creators who agreed to read and review the book.

Required Skills & Experience:
Fluent or Native Italian (Essential: all outreach communication must be in natural, polite Italian).

Proven experience in social media outreach, influencer marketing, or virtual assistance.

Familiarity with TikTok (BookTok) and Instagram culture/hashtags.

Strong organization skills and experience with Google Sheets / Excel.

Payment Structure (Hybrid Base + Performance Bonus):
Base Pay: Fixed rate for identifying, contacting, and logging 50 verified target creators.

Performance Bonus: Additional $5.00 USD bonus for every verified published review/video link generated from the campaign.
