PDF to Word Text Transfer

I have a set of PDFs that contain nothing but plain, selectable text. I simply need that text lifted out and placed into clean, well-spaced Word documents—no tables, images, or fancy formatting involved.

Accuracy is the priority: paragraphs should stay in the same order, line breaks should match the original, and any page headers or footers that aren’t part of the main body should be left out. You can use any reliable PDF reader or clipboard tool you prefer, as long as the final deliverable is a Word file (.docx) that mirrors the source wording exactly.
