Virtual Assistant for Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Outreach & Appointment Setting

We are looking for a reliable and confident Virtual Assistant to help with cold calling, lead generation, prospect outreach, qualification, and appointment setting.

Philippines-based applicants are preferred.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English and comfortable speaking with business owners, founders, managers, and other decision-makers over the phone.

Cold calling will be one of the main responsibilities of this role, so you should be confident starting conversations with prospects, explaining our services clearly, handling basic objections, identifying interested prospects, and scheduling meetings.

**Responsibilities:**

* Make outbound cold calls to prospects provided by us
* Speak professionally and confidently with potential clients
* Introduce our services and identify whether the prospect is interested
* Ask qualification questions and identify qualified leads
* Schedule meetings with interested and qualified prospects
* Follow up with prospects by phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X/Twitter
* Send professional and personalized outreach messages
* Research and generate additional leads when needed
* Maintain organized records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and appointments
* Provide regular reports on calls made, responses, interested leads, and meetings scheduled

**Requirements:**

* Fluent spoken English is required
* Clear pronunciation and strong conversational English
* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound cold calls
* Confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers
* Previous experience with cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, or sales is strongly preferred
* Good written English for email and social-media outreach
* Familiar with WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X/Twitter
* Able to handle rejection professionally and continue prospecting
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Able to follow scripts while still sounding natural and conversational
* Able to work independently and follow instructions
* Reliable internet connection
* Quiet working environment suitable for phone calls
* Reliable microphone/headset and good call quality

**Compensation:**

* Monthly salary: $200
* Performance bonuses: $2–$50+, depending on the quality of leads, appointments scheduled, and results
* Additional bonuses and opportunities may be available for consistently strong performance

* Make consistent outbound cold calls

* Identify interested prospects
