Virtual Assistant — Data Entry & Feature Research for Home Care Software | MUST HAVE AGENCY BILLING & EVV EXPERIENCE (Sandata, Alora, HHAeXchange, WellSky, AxisCare) — DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT IT

We need a remote assistant who has actually worked billing and EVV inside a home care agency — because the job is to enter data into the system, test how features behave, and research how other platforms handle the same tasks.

If you have never worked billing and EVV at a home care, personal care, or home health agency, please do not apply. We are not training anyone on home care basics.- Sorry.

What you'll do
Data entry: clients, caregivers, schedules, authorizations, service codes, and documentation into our platform

Test features as they're released and report what's broken, confusing, or missing
Assess new features against how real agency work actually gets done
Research how Sandata, Alora, HHAeXchange, WellSky, AxisCare and others handle specific functions, and summarize the differences
Research personal care and EVV requirements when asked, and write up clear findings
Keep organized notes and trackers on what's been entered, tested, and reported
Required (non-negotiable)
Hands-on agency experience with at least one of: Sandata, Alora, HHAeXchange, WellSky, AxisCare, or a comparable home care platform — name it in your application
Real working knowledge of EVV visits, exceptions, authorizations, units, and service codes
Fast, accurate data entry and genuine attention to detail
Ability to write clear, organized summaries in English
Reliable computer, stable internet, availability during U.S. Central business hours

Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish
Comfort working in new or in-development software without step-by-step handholding
