I’m refreshing my restaurant’s look and need a designer who can craft a cohesive vintage-inspired menu together with a matching promotional banner. Think warm, nostalgic tones, classic typography, and subtle retro textures that still feel “now.” The menu will be our main table piece, while the banner will promote weekly specials on social and in-house displays, so consistency between the two is essential.
Scope of work
• One double-sided menu layout (ready for print at A4 size and supplied as layered source files).
• One horizontal banner suitable for both web and print (provide standard web resolution plus a high-res version).
• Colour palette and font choices documented so we can apply the style across future collateral.
Acceptance criteria
– Final PDFs must be print-ready (3 mm bleed, CMYK, outlined fonts).
– Source files delivered in Adobe InDesign or Illustrator, organised and editable.
– Web versions optimised in PNG/JPG, under 1 MB each without visible quality loss.
– Design clearly communicates a vintage feel; I’ll approve based on consistency, readability, and accurate menu content placement.
I’m open to your creative spin—if you feel a dash of modern or rustic flair would elevate the vintage base, let me see a quick mock-up first. Looking forward to seeing how you’ll give our dishes the timeless spotlight they deserve.
