Videographer Needed: NJ/NY Golf Outing

I’m organizing a one-day corporate golf outing in the New Jersey / New York City area and need a skilled videographer on-site to capture the day in a way that feels authentic and social-first. The priority is candid interactions—moments of colleagues meeting on the tee, quick laughs in the cart, high-fives after a great shot—along with tasteful B-roll of the course and a few direct-to-camera sound bites with our founder.
You’ll be working outdoors for the full event, so please bring a professional camera setup that handles fast action and shifting light. I’m specifically aiming to repurpose the footage for LinkedIn, so framing for vertical and square formats, headroom that works on mobile, and an eye for quick, story-driven clips are all important. If you also catch clean golf swings and casual networking shots, that’s a bonus—we’ll sort the final mix in post.
Deliverables (same-day wrap is fine; cloud transfer within 48 hrs max):
• All organized raw files (cards clearly labeled by hole, interview, or activity)
• Proxy files or low-res previews if your workflow already generates them
• A brief shot log noting standout moments or any audio issues
No editing needed on your end; my in-house editors will handle that. Just send links to past event, outdoor, sports, or founder-led work that shows you can tell a story as it unfolds, along with your day rate and gear list so I know you’re covered for an active course environment.
Looking forward to collaborating and turning a great round of golf into engaging LinkedIn content.
