ViciDial Backend Expert Needed

I’m looking for someone who knows ViciDial inside-out to take full ownership of the backend. The platform is already live but it needs a deep cleanup, optimisation and several feature extensions.

Here’s what I want you to tackle:

• System configuration
– Provision or harden the existing server stack, keep it patched and monitored
– Create and maintain user accounts with the correct permission tiers
– Review and fine-tune dial plan settings so campaigns hit the right ratios without stressing the dialer

• Database management
– Set up an automated backup and verified recovery routine
– Optimise tables, indexes and queries for faster list loading and real-time reporting
– Migrate legacy data from previous installs without breaking current campaigns

• API integration
– Build or refactor the REST/SOAP hooks that push leads, dispositions and agent status to our external CRM
– Document the endpoints so in-house developers can extend them later

Acceptance will be based on:
1. Zero critical errors in the ViciDial logs for 72 hours after changes go live
2. Average dialer load below 1.0 during peak hours
3. Successful test restores from backup and validated data migration
4. API endpoints returning expected JSON/XML responses under load

You’ll get root SSH access to a fresh staging server plus full credentials to the production box once staging passes. I communicate quickly and expect the same so we can keep momentum. If you’ve tuned ViciDial clusters before and can demonstrate it, let’s get started.
