I’m gearing up to launch an online hub of Maths and English worksheets aimed squarely at 8- to 16-year-olds, and I need a full UI/UX design for both the website and a companion mobile app. The look has to strike that sweet spot between “kid-cool” and “teen-approved”: bright colours, bold typography, playful icons—yet polished enough that parents and teachers feel confident recommending it.
Core flow
• The very first thing visitors do is browse and download worksheets, no sign-up wall in sight.
• Navigation must let students filter “by school year or age”; this is their primary way of homing in on content.
Content model
Hundreds of worksheets will live on the platform, split into a free section and a premium catalogue (individual sheets or bundled packs). Keep this distinction obvious but friendly—think tabbed views, badge overlays, or gentle call-outs that guide users toward purchase without hard-selling.
Worksheet preview
Each preview page needs a clean, distraction-free layout featuring a short description with explicit learning goals, plus the prominent download button. Leave space for future add-ons such as related sheets or difficulty tags, but the description is non-negotiable for launch.
Scope of work & deliverables
• Low- and high-fidelity wireframes covering web (desktop/tablet/mobile) and iOS/Android screens
• Clickable prototype in Figma or Adobe XD so I can test the user journey end-to-end
• Visual style guide detailing colour palette, typography, iconography, and interaction states
• Handoff-ready assets and annotated specs for my development team
Acceptance criteria
1. Unregistered users can reach a worksheet download within three taps/clicks.
2. Age/year filtering works intuitively on both web and app.
3. Free vs. premium content is obvious but never intrusive.
4. Preview page contains learning-goal description and passes accessibility contrast checks.
If crafting engaging, kid-centric interfaces is your speciality, let’s talk—I’m ready to review your concept sketches and move quickly to prototyping.
