Verified Meta Messaging App

I need an experienced Meta-platform developer to take my existing prototype through Meta’s App Review and return with full approval for Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. The end result must be a single Meta app that can send, receive and handle group messages on all three channels, using OAuth for user authentication.

The scope includes preparing the app configuration in the Meta Developer portal, writing or revising the required technical notes and screencast walk-through, and making any code-level adjustments the reviewers request. Familiarity with the Instagram Graph API, Facebook Messenger Platform and WhatsApp Cloud API is essential because the review will focus on those messaging permissions.

Deliverables
• A Meta Developer App verified for Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp
• Approved permissions for Send, Receive and Group messaging on each platform
• OAuth flow implemented and demonstrated for every channel
• Final hand-over: app ID, documented review steps, and a short guide on renewing permissions or handling future changes

I will grant temporary access to the developer account and provide my current codebase once we agree on milestones.
