Verified Contact Compilation for ADHD Outreach

PROJECT BRIEF: BUILD A VERIFIED OUTREACH LIST (300 CONTACTS)

ABOUT THE PROJECT
We are building three contact lists to introduce our app to (1) ADHD and neurodiversity podcast hosts, (2) ADHD-specialist clinicians, and (3) college neurodiversity and ADHD support programs. You are finding the people and the email addresses. We do the writing and sending.

WHAT TO DELIVER
300 contacts in total, in three separate CSV files (or three tabs of one Excel file):

1) PODCASTS: 100 rows
Columns: Show | Host | FirstName | Email | Email Source URL | Show Link | Est. Audience (source, or "unknown") | Last Episode Date | Takes Guests (Y/N)

2) CLINICIANS: 100 rows
Columns: FirstName | LastName | Credential | Practice | City / State | Email | Email Source URL | ADHD Focus (one line)

3) COLLEGES: 100 rows
Columns: Institution | Program / Office | Contact Name | Title | Email | Email Source URL | Notes

RULES FOR ALL THREE LISTS
- Every email must be verified valid with ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, or Hunter. Results marked "valid" only. Do not include "risky", "catch-all", "unknown", or "invalid".
- Every email must also have a Source URL showing where you found the person and the address (their own website, a staff page, or a show page). Do not guess or construct addresses from a pattern.
- If a person has only a contact form and no email, leave them out.
- Use real first names. No "Hi there" rows.
- No duplicates within your list.
- Check your list against the files we send you: do_not_include_handles.csv, outreach_list_oct7_verified_v1.csv, and podcast_targets_v1.csv. Anyone already in those files must be left out.

PODCASTS: WHAT QUALIFIES
- Adult ADHD, ADHD and autism (AuDHD), ADHD at work, ADHD entrepreneurs, ADHD women, or ADHD coaching shows.
- Has published an episode in the last 90 days.
- Takes guests or has a booking or contact address.
- Leave out: shows only for parents of children, clinician-only continuing-education shows, shows that say they reject pitches, and shows run by large companies or networks.

CLINICIANS: WHAT QUALIFIES
- Licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, or ADHD-specialist clinician or coach in private practice, US first (UK, Canada, and Australia only if you run short).
- ADHD must be a primary specialty on their own website.
- Use the clinician's own website for the email. Do not scrape Psychology Today, Zencare, Headway, or any directory (their terms forbid it). You may use a directory only to find a name, then confirm the email on the clinician's own site.
- Leave out: hospital systems, large group practices without a named clinician, general inboxes with no name, and anyone whose site says they do not accept vendor email.
- Professional information only. No home addresses or personal details.

COLLEGES: WHAT QUALIFIES
- US colleges and universities with a neurodiversity, ADHD, or learning-support program (coaching programs, neurodiversity centers, ADHD resource centers, student success centers with ADHD coaching).
- Use the office inbox or a named coordinator published on the school's own .edu website.
- A mix of large and small schools. Leave out general admissions and webmaster addresses.

HOW WE CHECK YOUR WORK
- We will test 20 random rows from each list before payment is released.
- At least 18 of the 20 must be correct, meaning the right person, a working email, and a matching source. If fewer pass, we will ask you to fix the list before payment.
- Please tell us honestly if you cannot reach 100 in a list. A smaller correct list is better than a padded one.
