Vehicle Segmentation in Python -- 2

I’m building a computer-vision solution focused on precise image segmentation of vehicles. Everything will be developed in Python, so familiarity with libraries such as OpenCV, PyTorch or TensorFlow is essential.

Scope
• Prepare or recommend an appropriate dataset and handle data preprocessing.
• Design and train a segmentation model that accurately isolates cars, trucks, buses and other vehicles from varied backgrounds.
• Provide inference code that runs locally on CPU/GPU and returns clean masks for each detected vehicle.
• Include clear comments, a requirements.txt, and a short README so I can reproduce your results.

Acceptance criteria
• Mean IoU and pixel accuracy benchmarks clearly reported.
• Inference time per image noted on both GPU and CPU.
• Final deliverables: well-structured Python code, trained weights, and a step-by-step setup guide.
