Professional Logo Vectorization & Complete Brand Asset Package

We need an experienced Vector Artist, Graphic Designer and Production Artwork Specialist to convert our EXISTING, APPROVED logos into a complete professional branding library for Play By Play and related brands.

Some original artwork was generated using AI. This is NOT a logo redesign. Preserve all custom lettering, symbols, proportions, folded/3D shading and approved colours. We require accurate, manually refined, fully editable vector artwork—not basic auto-tracing or raster images embedded in vector files.

1. Master Vector Files

For EVERY supplied logo, deliver:

* Fully editable AI, SVG, EPS and vector PDF files.
* Clean vector paths, named layers and editable colour elements.
* High-resolution PNG, JPG and WebP exports.
* Transparent-background versions.
* Full-colour, black, white, reversed and single-colour variations where applicable.
* Scalable artwork for small and large applications.
* Editable folded, shaded and dimensional effects.

All original logo designs must remain unchanged. Any simplified production variations require our approval.

We require:

* Physical colour-proofing guidance.
* A complete colour specification sheet for every supplied brand.

Pantone matches must be verified using official physical swatches before final approval. Do not substitute arbitrary Pantone colours for our existing brand colours.

3. Embroidery & Stitching

Prepare branding for embroidery on caps, jerseys, hoodies, jackets, polos, bags and other apparel.

Required:

* Digitized DST and PES files.
* Additional agreed embroidery machine formats.
* Thread colour specifications.
* Stitch previews and size variations.
* Embroidery-compatible logo versions.
* Recommendations for physical stitch testing.

Embroidery digitizing must be production-ready, not simply converted vector artwork.

4. Apparel, Sublimation & Printing

Prepare artwork suitable for:

* Dye sublimation.
* Screen printing.
* DTF and DTG printing.
* Heat transfers.
* Sports uniforms and apparel.
* Merchandise and accessories.
* Packaging, labels and signage.

Include high-resolution production artwork, appropriate colour profiles, transparent backgrounds and manufacturer-ready files.

5. Composite Softball Bat Manufacturing

Our branding will be applied to composite slo-pitch softball bats.

We require manufacturer-compatible artwork, including:

* Editable vector artwork.
* Correct colour separations.
* Manufacturer-requested file formats.
* Artwork adapted to bat printing templates.
* Proper dimensions, placement and orientation.
* Print-ready production files.

We will provide manufacturer specifications where available. The designer must confirm compatibility before finalizing artwork.

6. Play By Play Mobile App — iOS & Android

Our mobile application requires a complete branding package:

* iOS app icons, including 1024 × 1024 master.
* Android app icons and adaptive icon layers.
* Google Play Store icon artwork.
* Splash and launch-screen branding.
* Login and registration screen logos.
* Homepage and dashboard logos.
* Navigation, header and menu logos.
* Notification icons.
* Light-mode and dark-mode versions.
* SVG, PNG and developer-ready exports.
* Appropriate screen-density and resolution variations.

These are branding assets for our developers, not a complete app interface redesign.

7. Website & E-Commerce

Required:

* Desktop and mobile website logos.
* Header and footer logo variations.
* Complete favicon package.
* Apple touch icons.
* Web app manifest icons.
* Website homepage branding assets.
* Storefront and checkout branding.
* Email header and signature logos.
* Social-sharing preview artwork.
* Optimized SVG, PNG and WebP files.

8. Complete Social Media Branding

We require properly sized assets for:

* Facebook
* Instagram
* YouTube
* TikTok
* X (Twitter)
* LinkedIn
* Threads

Deliverables must include applicable profile pictures, circular and square logos, cover banners, channel artwork, social media post templates, story/reel templates, video thumbnails, watermarks and transparent overlays.

All dimensions must follow current platform specifications, including mobile-safe areas.

Provide both ready-to-upload files and editable master templates.

9. Master Brand Guidelines

Provide a professional brand guidelines document containing:

* All approved logos and variations.
* Exact digital colour specifications.
* Pantone C matching references.
* CMYK print specifications.
* Embroidery thread references.
* Logo spacing and minimum sizes.
* Background and contrast requirements.
* Correct and incorrect logo usage.
* Digital and manufacturing recommendations.
* Developer and supplier handoff instructions.

10. Google Drive Organization & Delivery

ALL completed files must be professionally organized and delivered to our designated Google Drive folder.

Every file must have a clear name identifying its brand, purpose, dimensions, version and format.

We want a professionally organized branding library that our manufacturers, developers and marketing teams can use without assistance.

11. Ownership & Final Deliverables

All editable source files must be provided.

Upon full payment, ownership of the newly commissioned deliverables and agreed intellectual property rights must transfer to us, subject to disclosed third-party licences.

No flattened-only artwork, unnecessary licensing restrictions or inaccessible working files.

12. Freelancer Qualifications & Proposal

Please provide:

* Embroidery digitizing experience.
* Sports apparel or manufacturing experience.
