VAPI-Yeastar AI Calling Integration

I need the VAPI Voice AI cloud to talk fluently with my on-premise Yeastar P550 PBX. The goal is simple yet technical: connect my own local carrier to VAPI as a BYOC trunk, then let the AI place outbound calls—mobile and landline—using phone numbers that live in a Google Sheet.

Here is how I picture the job flowing:

• Configure my carrier’s SIP trunk inside VAPI so traffic routes through my existing minutes and numbering plan.
• Link VAPI to the Yeastar P550, mapping extensions and caller IDs so the PBX sees every AI call as a normal trunk call.
• Build or point VAPI to a script that reads the Google Sheet in real time (or at scheduled intervals) and dials each number.
• Prove the setup by running test calls to both mobile and local numbers and showing clean call detail records on Yeastar as well as VAPI.
