We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to upgrade an existing AI-powered Fraud Detection System. The role focuses on improving fraud detection accuracy, real-time risk scoring, anomaly detection, and automated investigation.
Responsibilities
- Audit and upgrade the existing fraud detection architecture.
- Improve AI/ML models for fraud detection, risk scoring, and anomaly detection.
- Develop AI agents to investigate suspicious transactions and identify fraud patterns.
- Integrate transaction, customer, device, behavioral, and external risk data.
- Reduce false positives while detecting emerging fraud patterns.
- Implement real-time monitoring, alerts, explainable risk scores, and investigation summaries.
- Build testing, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement processes.
- Improve security, scalability, latency, and production reliability.
Deliverable: A production-ready fraud detection system with improved accuracy, fewer false positives, faster investigations, and explainable decisions.
