The project is a focused, partial renovation of my bathroom—specifically the vanity and sink area. All existing plumbing lines stay exactly where they are; what changes are the visible elements. I need the old vanity, countertop, sink, and faucet carefully removed, the space prepped, and brand-new fixtures installed and finished neatly against the current wall and floor surfaces.

You’ll level and secure the new vanity cabinet, set the sink, fit the faucet and drain, reconnect to the existing hot- and cold-water lines plus the P-trap, then run a full pressure and leak test. Caulking, edge sealing, and any minor drywall touch-ups or paint around the unit should leave the area photo-ready once you’re done. I’ll supply the vanity, sink, and tap set unless you recommend otherwise; fasteners, shims, sealant, and any small consumables are on you.

Acceptance criteria
• Old vanity, sink, and faucet removed and hauled away
• New fixtures installed level, square, and watertight
• All connections tested at full flow, no drips after 10 minutes
• Surrounding surfaces sealed and clean, work zone left tidy

If you’re experienced with bathroom fixture swaps and have the right carpentry and plumbing hand tools, this should be straightforward. Let me know your timeline and any prep instructions you’d like me to follow before you arrive.
